Bookings, Dates and Prices

We book trips on a weekly basis for individuals or groups, Saturday to Saturday except where marked with an asterisk (*).

FULL SERVICE PACKAGE:

• Saturday to Saturday, all lodge amenities
• Full meals and cook
• Helicopter to and from lodge
• ACMG certified guide services
• Individual and/or group bookings

COST: $1850.00 per person + GST Deposit 50%

SELF GUIDED / SELF CATERED:

• Saturday to Saturday, all lodge amenities included with custodian.
• Group is self guided but must have an experienced leader. We will ask for a resume and will insist on glacier experience.
• Group supplies and cooks own food, and provides all meals for the custodian.
• The group has exclusive use of the lodge.
• Helicopter cost is based upon 40 lbs of gear per person, excluding food and skis. We assume one extra gear flight per 12 people. If additional flights are required the group will be charged the extra cost, approximately $40/person. You can choose to book this extra flight right up front and avoid the worries of packing light if you like.

COST: $5500.00 per group + GST deposit $3500

HELICOPTER: $350.00 per person + GST

Booking & Refund Policies 2007-2008

A deposit is required to reserve your trip. The deposit is 50% of package price. Deposits are NON - REFUNDABLE.

• Balance payment for all trips is due 12 weeks prior to early season trips, but no later than Jan 15 for any trips made in 2008.

**All Payments for trips must be in house prior to your arrival in Golden - no exceptions. There is a 7% late fee charge payable on overdue accounts. We reserve the right to re-book your dates if payments are not received when due.

Refunds:

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! Trip Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to trip departure NO REFUND IN ANY EVENT.

Cancellation of your trip prior to 2 weeks of trip departure, we will gladly issue a refund for the balance payment ONLY if we are able to sell your spot. The amount of the refund will be based on what we are able to sell your spot for.

We STRONGLY recommend all guests purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance. This protects you if you have to cancel your trip due to any medical problems. It also covers unexpected pregnancies! (we've done this a few times...)

Sorcerer Lodge (Iconoclast Developments) reserves the right to cancel all or part of a trip for any reason. If we do so, all monies paid to us will be refunded in full.

• Any person organizing a self-guided group booking will receive their helicopter ride free. Group organizers of full service groups of 13+ will receive one free package (i.e. 12 paying customers + 1 free). We appreciate the effort involved in getting these trips together.
• All guests of Sorcerer Lodge will be required to sign a WAIVER OF LIABILITY prior to their trip. This is due to the difficulty and expense of obtaining liability insurance. As we operate on Crown Land administered by the Province of B.C., the provincial government requires the waiver.
• Sorcerer Lodge and Great Canadian Heliskiing operate under a joint use agreement giving each company exclusive rights to specific ski runs. The groups will be notified of the location of the licensed heliski runs in the area. This is done to ensure that both companies get the best skiing possible without interfering with each other. We communicate our daily plans each morning to be sure we can ski separately if we wish.
